Suraiyosaidovadesk sells a digital product: nothing is shipped physically. Your plan is a browser-based help desk platform, delivered online to the e-mail and account you create at checkout.

How you receive access

After payment is approved, the access details are sent to the e-mail used at checkout within 15 minutes. Check your spam folder; if nothing arrives, write to [email protected].

The e-mail contains your workspace link and the steps to set your password, invite your agents and connect your e-mail, website chat and social media inboxes.

Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs. There is no delivery address, no carrier, no tracking code and no customs or import fee, because nothing physical leaves our premises.

The only amount you pay is the monthly subscription for the plan and number of agents shown before checkout.

What you need to use the service

An internet connection and an up-to-date browser on a computer, tablet or phone. No installation or special hardware is required.

Each agent uses their own login; the number of agent seats included is the one shown on your plan at checkout.

Problems with delivery of access

If the e-mail address was typed incorrectly, or you cannot log in, contact [email protected] or and we will correct the address and resend the access at no extra cost.
