What the service is and who may buy

Suraiyosaidovadesk is a cloud-based help desk: a ticket system, a shared inbox that centralizes e-mail, website chat and social media messages, a knowledge base, automated replies, queues and team performance reports. It is accessed through a web browser; no physical item is delivered.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract, and you must be subscribing on behalf of a business or organization. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of the agents you invite.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. The full monthly price for the plan and the number of agents you select — plus any applicable taxes — is displayed before you confirm payment. There are no hidden fees and no shipping costs.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Recurring plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase until you cancel. Billing is monthly, charged to the payment method on file, and the amount changes only if you add or remove agent seats or change plan.

Before each renewal we send a reminder e-mail to the billing address on file, stating the plan, the number of agents, the amount and the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting our support; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already paid, except as described in the Refund Policy.

Before cancelling, export the data you need. You may also write to [email protected] or call and we will process the cancellation for you.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Because the service is digital and delivered instantly, there are no physical returns.

Acceptable use

You may not use Suraiyosaidovadesk to send spam or unlawful messages, to store content you have no right to process, to attempt to breach the platform's security, or to resell access without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that puts the platform, other customers or their data at risk, and will tell you why.

Intellectual property

All content on the website and in the platform — software, interface, texts and brand — belongs to Suraiyosaidovadesk or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. The tickets, articles and customer data you put into the platform remain yours.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors; we do not promise specific outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular response time, ticket volume, cost saving or customer satisfaction score — these depend on your team, your processes and your volume of messages.

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but maintenance, third-party integrations and internet failures can cause interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
